With the customer closely involved and through Pacifico Pools’ expertise and process, there is no way that a project can go south.

Step 1: Discovery

We’ll listen to your wants and needs, and through our decades of experience, we’ll help you come up with a pool design that you love.

Then, we’ll initially set up a date and time, the location where the pool is going to be built, and the location where pool equipment is going to go.

We'll get as much info as possible: pool size, location, features you want, etc.

Step 2: Design

We’ll leave you with a folder with all of the information from our discovery meeting. Then we’ll draw up an official blueprint of the design and present it to you.

Once we have your approval, we’ll get into all of the technical information.

Step 3: get an estimate

Upon approval of the blueprint, we will discuss finances and official numbers and present a clear-cut estimate.

We’ll go over contracts of what we’re responsible for and what you’re responsible for throughout the project, and answer any final questions about your pool design and build.

Step 4: Build

We’ll reach out to your other contractors and communicate work schedules so that we have an organized and efficient process.

Because we take care of communicating with and organizing contractor’s schedules, you don’t have to do anything except enjoy the process!

Q: I’m building a new home. When should I build my pool?

A: Pool construction for a new home should be one of the last steps you take. This is because your other contractors will need the space to work on your home. We’ll work with your contractors and align schedules so that your new pool is built and installed when you need it, and opens on time.

Q: My house is already built. How long will installing a pool take?

A: From start to finish, new pool construction takes about one month to complete. We’ll coordinate with your electrician, landscapers, cement mason, etc. to make sure that
we all have a crystal clear plan and schedule to open your pool seamlessly and on time.

Q: When can you start service?

A: As soon as the frost is off the ground we can start service, which is usually by the end of March, however, this is dependent on the weather/temperatures. Reach out to us for a more accurate estimate.
